Leanne has been working in the real estate industry since 1984. She has been a trainer for 3 National home builders, including opening locations, training the onsite sales team, training personality testing, all aspects of brokerage management, residential sales, HUD training. Leanne has consulted with brokerages in several states to set up and implement a distressed sales department. Including the day to training for both new and experienced agents and brokers.
She believes in living and acting by the golden rule. And is committed to helping and teaching people to build and have a successful career.
Over her 40 plus years of experience, she knows all the ups and downs of the markets and can share real life experiences to help guide her students. The goal for her class is to have them excited to learn more and have a positive experience during the class.
Leanne, originally from Colorado, is a third generation Realtor.
